This is the last chance to enter my 1:1 coaching spaces for the next 1-2 years as I will be fully focusing on teacher trainings from July 2026 on.

That is for a very good reason. That reason is a deeply rooted limiting belief formed in your childhood.
Why hypnotherapy works in getting rid of what is blocking you since ages:
1. A memory from the past created a root belief about yourself and reality. This is the root cause of your problem and why you experience the same reoccurring situation over and over.
2. You experienced a different situation where the same belief has been proven and reinforced. Thus, the belief is now deeply installed in your subconscious mind.
3. The most powerful situation showed up in your life - which reinforced the subconscious limiting belief even deeper.
Your subconscious mind does not care - whether a belief that is installed - is good for you or not. The belief simply is - and what is in your subconscious is what feels safe to your nervous system. Thus, the belief keeps finding proof in your external reality. Because this is what you learned all along.
In our hypnotherapy coaching we track:

Step 1 Hypnotherapy Session
Through our hypnotherapy session we uncover the root beliefs and resolve them.
Step 2 Reinstalling Matching Beliefs
After our hypnotherapy session is over you will be reinstalling new beliefs that match your desired reality. This process takes 30-60 days and will be accompanied by a personal recording that addresses your subconscious new beliefs. The ones that match your desired outcomes.
Step 3 Aligned Action in Day to Day Life.
Your reality will shift by itself through installing the new beliefs. Yet, change is not always easy at first. So, I make sure we map out an entire simple action plan that matches your desired outcomes. You will get out of your comfort zone and bring in action steps that you have been procrastinating before. For that we will meet in a 1:1 coaching session and along the way I am checking in with you on Telegram on a weekly basis. To support your real life change best as I can.
Step 4 Readjusting What Needs To
At the end of month 2 we will meet for an additional 1:1 coaching session - where we will see the progress you made, the life change that happened for you. And we will map out a 6 month belief and action plan. Leaving you equipped with reinstalling new beliefs by yourself. Using self-hypnosis properly and creating action plans that are easy to follow through with. In order to have a long-term sustainable change in the right direction.
What happens before our coaching starts?
1. You fill out the client intake form that you will receive after your payment.
2. You will name which outcome in your life you no longer want.
3. And you name exactly the reality that you want to create from this day onwards.
4. After you fill out the client intake form I will give you a 2-3 hour appointment via Zoom or offline (if we are in the same city)
5. I will prepare our 1:1 hypnotherapy and the exact beliefs that will create your desired outcome.
6. We will have our 1:1 hypnotherapy session.
7. You will receive a personal recording to install the new belief system over the next 30 days.
8. I will track your progress for 8 weeks and support you with 2 additional 1:1 coaching sessions.
9. You will leave the hypnotherapy coaching equipped with self-hypnosis and action-tools. Becoming a different person, with new beliefs, new feelings and a different reality that arranged itself around the New You.
How does a hypnotherapy session look like?
1. Mind Preparation
You will get to know what hypnotherapy is like and notice that you are always in control.
Through simple practices you will see how powerful your mind and your thoughts are.
2. Childhood Regression
We will "regress" (go back)to three scenes from you past that showcased you that the limiting belief you hold is true.
3. Healing and Rewriting
We will continue to heal the parts of yourself and rewrite the limiting beliefs in your subconscious mind. So that your subconscious beliefs are a match for your desired reality.
Is hypnotherapy unsafe?
No. During all times you are fully aware of what is happening. You can open your eyes at all times and "come back" from the relaxed state which is called hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy is about recognising how your mind has been influenced by situations from your past. By bringing yourself into a highly relaxed state and using "deepening techniques" you will access subconscious beliefs and how they are hindering you from achieving your dream outcomes.
Hypnotherapy is only about understanding which hidden beliefs (because they are stored in the subconscious mind) have had a powerful influence on your reality until now. And thereafter installing new empowering beliefs that will shape a different reality - the one that you decide upon.
